Puffy is a paid app, not a data business. You pay with money, so you are the customer, never the product. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no telemetry. Everything you put into Puffy (files, recordings, transcripts, notes, your whole library) is processed and stored on your own Mac and never uploaded to us. We couldn't look at your content even if we wanted to. Feel free to watch Puffy with a firewall: apart from the license traffic listed below, it stays silent. Data is used to deliver purchased access, answer support, prevent license abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling, or marketing, and nothing is ever sold or shared. 数据仅用于交付已购权限、处理支持请求、防止授权滥用与满足法律要求。不用于广告、画像或营销，不出售、不共享。
