1. Product and purchase model 1. 产品与购买方式

Puffy is a one-time license, not a subscription. Nothing renews. Puffy 是一次性授权，不是订阅，不会自动续费。

If we raise the price later, that price applies to new buyers only. A license you already bought stays bought, and we will not convert it to a subscription. 以后涨价只对新买家生效。你已经买下的授权还是你的，我们也不会把它改成订阅。

You need to be 16, and old enough where you live to enter a contract, to buy a license. 购买授权需年满 16 周岁，并达到你所在地可以自行订立合同的年龄。

2. License and acceptable use 2. 授权与使用

Once payment clears, the license is yours to use. Do not resell it, pass it to other people, or reverse engineer the app. 付款完成后，这份授权就是你的。不要转售，不要给别人用，也不要反向工程。

3. Payments and account controls 3. 付款与账户控制

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and card details never reach us. If a purchase turns out to be fraudulent, or a license is being abused, we can limit or suspend it. 付款由 Lemon Squeezy 处理，银行卡信息不经过我们。如果一笔购买被查出是欺诈，或者某个授权被滥用，我们可以限制或停用它。

4. Trial and refunds 4. 试用与退款

Puffy has a 5-day free trial before you buy and a 7-day no-questions refund after. To ask for one, email support@nxsio.com with your order number. Either way your local files are unaffected. Puffy 购买前有 5 天免费试用，购买后有 7 天无理由退款。申请退款把订单号发到 support@nxsio.com。无论退不退，你的本地文件都不受影响。
